Compassionate Care
VCU Health is the region’s only Level 1 trauma center so it can handle the most critical cases, and with more than 750 physicians in 200 specialties it can handle the most complex cases. Our teams of doctors, nurses, researchers, students and teachers bring a level of expertise and specialization to patient care that is simply not available elsewhere.
Research
The best and the brightest come here to learn about leading-edge techniques and treatments. Education
Through VCU’s five health sciences schools (Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy) and Massey Cancer Center, more than 4,200 students are trained each year in the most advanced techniques to meet Virginia’s healthcare needs, right here in our community.
