J. Keith Middleton joined the MCV Foundation board in 2014

Keith is a founding partner and co-CEO of Fahrenheit Advisors. Founded in 2010, Fahrenheit provides business advisory and search services primarily to middle-market companies. He has more than 30 years of corporate finance and public accounting experience with top-tier companies like Performance Food Group, Perdue Farms and Arthur Andersen. He previously held the position of CFO at Performance Foodservice, a division of Performance Food Group.

Keith received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lynchburg College. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Association of Corporate Growth – Richmond, Startup Virginia, and Explore God, and was previously involved with the March of Dimes for more than 15 years serving as board member, treasurer and board chair.

Keith’s mom and his wife Michelle are both registered nurses. Their passion for caring for others led him to get involved with helping others and eventually to the MCV Foundation. Keith and Michelle live in Richmond.
