Spencer Williamson

Spencer Williamson joined the MCV Foundation board in 2017.

Spencer is a Senior Advisor for Arsenal Capital Partners in New York. He was the former CEO and Director at Kaléo, a drug-device combination product company, for 15 years and was also a Director at Avenu Medical. Previously, he held executive positions at Boston Scientific and Guidant Corporation. Spencer began his career at Eli Lilly after serving in the U.S. Navy. In 2013, he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

He serves on the board of directors of the Fellowship of Christians in Universities & Schools (FOCUS), Communities in Schools of Richmond and the VCU Intellectual Property Foundation

Spencer earned a B.S. from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
