Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined the MCV Foundation board in July 2026. He is a seasoned operations and technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across professional services, healthcare, insurance and consulting organizations. Clay currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Harris, Hardy & Johnstone P.C., where he leads firmwide operations, financial management, technology, human resources and marketing initiatives, and has been appointed to Thomson Reuters’ SafeSend Customer Advisory Board.

Throughout his career, Clay has built and led large cross-functional teams, modernized data and analytics platforms, driven enterprise IT strategy and delivered measurable cost efficiencies and process improvements.

A University of Virginia graduate with an MBA from the College of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business (where he serves on the Business Analytics Advisory Board), he combines strategic vision with execution-focused leadership and a strong commitment to community service, professional mentorship and organizational governance.
