Diana F. Cantor
Diana F. Cantor joined the MCV Foundation Board in July 2026. She is a highly accomplished investment and governance leader whose career spans investment management, financial services, law and corporate board leadership. She serves on the Investment Committee and Board of Managers of Alternative Investment Management LLC, and is a senior adviser to AKF Consulting Group, where she focuses on governance and fiduciary oversight of state-run investment programs.
Cantor previously served as managing director of New York Private Bank & Trust and was the founding chief executive officer of the Virginia College Savings Plan, leading the state’s Section 529 programs for more than a decade. Earlier in her career, she was a vice president at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and practiced law with Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter).
A seasoned public company director, she currently serves on the boards of VICI Properties Inc. and Universal Corporation and previously spent 20 years on the board of Domino’s Pizza Inc. She also serves on the VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors in addition to several nonprofit and private organizations. A Certified Public Accountant and licensed attorney in three states, Cantor holds degrees from the University of Florida, the University of Miami and New York University.
