Jack Hager
Jack Hager joined the MCV Foundation board in 2025.
Hager is the vice president of global accounts for AVI-SPL, an enterprise audio-visual integration company based in Tampa, Fla. AVI-SPL is the largest audio-visual and unified communication integration company in the world. He has responsibility for a global accounts team that provides technology solutions and services, which include many global health care and pharmaceutical companies — Johson & Johnson, Lilly, Merck, Novartis, Alcon and Kenvue.
Hager grew up in Richmond, attending St. Christophers School and graduated from the Salisbury School in Connecticut. He earned a B.A. in managerial economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Hager has successfully served in various executive roles, both for large publicly traded companies and smaller private equity owned companies. He has also served on the board of directors for a privately held company, as well in volunteer and leadership roles for various clubs and organizations.
Hager and his family had lived in Philadelphia for the past seven years and relocated back to Richmond in 2024. Since doing so, he has been very interested in re-engaging in Richmond and Virginia based organizations with a goal of giving back to this great community. Growing up in Richmond and having had many connections throughout his life with the MCV Campus and VCU Health, he is interested in ways to engage in support of the foundation and its cause.
Hager and his wife, Katharine, have three girls. Outside of his work and family, Jackenjoys fitness, racquet sports and is an avid outdoorsman.
