Judith Forehand Starkey
Judith Forehand Starkey joined the MCV Foundation board in 2014.
Prior to her move to Rockville, Va., Judi was active in a number of organizations in Williamsburg. Among others, her board involvements included Literacy for Life, Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center, the United Way, the Virginia Symphony and the Williamsburg-James City County Education Foundation. She currently serves on the Host Committee for the MCV Foundation’s Discovery Series events. In addition, Judi serves on the Maymont Foundation Board of Trustees, The Massey Cancer Center Advisory Board and The Muscarelle Museum of Art Foundation Board of Trustees in Williamsburg.
Judi, who attended Marymount and George Mason University, was before her retirement a licensed social worker, president/CEO of a large business association and an executive with a national healthcare company, all located in Fairfax County. In Fairfax, Judi served on many commissions and boards with topics ranging from land use and affordable housing to services for the disabled.
