Liza Jarvis Scott

Liza Jarvis Scott joined the board of the MCV Foundation in 2020.

She is a partner and managing director at CornerStone Partners. She serves as portfolio manager for select CornerStone clients, is co-head of the portfolio management team and is a member of the investment committee. Prior to joining CornerStone, she was vice president, asset management at Dominion Energy, Inc., serving as chief investment officer for over $20 billion of retirement and nuclear decommissioning trust assets. She was previously the director of public markets and real estate at Spider Management Company, the investment office of the University of Richmond.

She is currently on the board of directors for the UVA Foundation and is a member of the investment advisory committee for Virginia529 College Savings Plan. She looks forward to sharing her investment expertise with the board as it stewards foundation resources.

Liza received her B.A. in foreign affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia and her M.B.A. from Columbia University.
