Rachel Yost

Rachel Burgess joined the MCV Foundation board in 2017.

Rachel is a managing partner at SIR, a strategic management consulting firm in Richmond, where she leads SIR’s practice area in tourism, cities, economic development, and placemaking. Previously, Rachel led SIR’s ongoing quantitative and qualitative research efforts. She is also a national keynote presenter and has shared SIR’s trends research with many audiences across the country. Rachel serves on the boards of ChamberRVA and For Richmond.

She attended Grove City College, where she earned a B.S. in international business and marketing with an emphasis in Spanish.
