Steve Gaidos

Steve Gaidos joined the MCV Foundation Board of Trustees in 2019.
Steve retired as general manager for the Virginia Market of Terazo, a Richmond-founded software engineering firm. He has more than 30 years of experience planning the strategy and implementation of integrated technology solutions for Fortune 500 and smaller businesses. Steve’s prior rolls with KPMG and CapTech developed his broad understanding of controlling systems and security, building structured compliance programs, managing full lifecycle software architecture and development, and building strategic technology plans.
Steve has prior board experience through a Community Foundation-sponsored nonprofit and is the current board president of the Firehouse Theatre.
