Turner Bredrup
Turner Bredrup joined the MCV Foundation board in July 2026. A Richmond native, he is a senior advisor in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group at Harris Williams. He began his investment banking career in 1988 with PaineWebber and later served at J.P. Morgan before joining Harris Williams in 1998, where he founded and led the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group for more than 20 years.
Over his 35+ year career, he has advised domestic and international clients on sell-side mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of healthcare sectors. In his current role, he provides strategic guidance on subsector development, supports internal team growth and mentorship, and serves as a thought partner on deal generation and execution.
Turner earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from UVA’s Darden School of Business. He has served on the University of Virginia College of Arts & Sciences Foundation Board, including as chair of its Finance & Investment Committee, and currently serves as president of the St. Christopher’s School Foundation. He and his wife, Kit, have two sons, and he enjoys skiing, golf, fishing, hiking, biking, and grilling outdoors.
