Christopher Ayers

Christopher Ayers joined the MCV Foundation in May 2022 as financial systems accountant. Prior to this role, he was director of academic affairs for ECPI University, where he also taught business and accounting courses as part of the faculty.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from ECPI College of Technology and an M.B.A. from Strayer University.

A certified public accountant, Chris also brings experience as an independent information technology consultant. His early career included managing  business operations for a local community pharmacy, where he was director of sales and marketing and a store manager.

In his spare time, Chris is a member of the James River Rotary and in his spare time enjoys woodworking and traveling to the beach. He lives in North Chesterfield with his amazing and talented wife and two dogs.
