Kate Fichter

Kate joined the foundation’s finance team in November 2022 as an accounting manager. She previously worked as a consultant for Fahrenheit Advisors. She brings over 20 years of experience as an accounting professional across multiple industries and business sizes.

Kate has a B.S. in hotel, restaurant & institutional management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Averett University.

She lives in Maidens, Va., with her husband and two children. In her free time, she loves spending time at home working on a house projects, binge watching TV or going for walks with her goldendoodles, Lucy and Charlie.
