Will Rummel

Will Rummel joined the MCV Foundation in August 2025 as a multimedia production manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in video editing, cinematography and creative development.

Most recently, he served as a video editor at The Martin Agency, where he supported brands like GEICO, OREO, Royal Caribbean, Google and more by crafting commercial content for broadcast, digital and social media distribution. He also created sizzle reels and case study videos for award season and industry events and helped to refine media management and companywide workflow processes. Will previously worked as a freelance writer, video editor, cinematographer and colorist for several years filming and editing commercials, industrial videos and short documentaries.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree in cinema with a double minor in creative writing and nonprofit administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives in Westover Hills with his wife, three cats and a substantial collection of board games and RPGs.
